Although not recommended as part of a daily balanced diet, fast food does have its role in today's modern fare. Restaurants like Chick-Fil-A, Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, and Chipotle continue to be popular among today's consumers. Foods like hamburgers, French fries, chicken strips or nuggets, and roast beef sandwiches contain nutrients like iron, carbohydrates, protein, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B. It is recommended that people consume fast food in limited quantities.
